I can't get the deck belt (for the blades) on the middle pulley is like 1/8 inch or so from is this normal or am I over looking something? I mean I can't see having to remove the pulleys everytime I change the belts. Any help would be great! Thanks. I am trying to get this gt operatable for my church.
