I bought a 2002 4020 with the BL20 loader. After looking it over real close it looks like three out of the twelve loader pins are no the correct size.

The parts manual shows Pin, part no: ALK 28-98-1160

Photo attached showing proper pins (and the round one is the incorrect pin).

Any possibility of buying these or do I have to have them made?

I have a call into Big Reds in Texas to see if they can get any.

Thanks.

If there is a part number I would suspect you can purchase them. Might be less expensive to have them made locally though.

For short term use can I put in a grade 5 hitch pin of the proper diameter? (assuming I can get one in the proper diameter) I need to get the undersized pin out of there. Hopefully it didn't tear up the loader arms.

Yes, If you can find something of the closest size possible at TSC (or some other farm supply)
- as long as it has a smooth machined surface. Even a large bolt the right size would work.

My Grandpa used to junk out a lot of old cars and "re-purpose" their bits for various farm repairs.

All of our hitch & loader pins were made from cut down old car & truck axles.
