Branson Tractor Toolbox

A while back someone posted about a tractor toolbox. I can no longer find the post but here's what I did.

Bought a box from this place, comes with brackets and then I slightly modified them. It works great. Spinner knob on steering wheel also works great. See attachment pics.

Have a great summer.

Re: Branson Tractor Toolbox

Ron that looks great. Where did you get the brackets at. They are sure great looking. I am going to get my 4020 Wednesday when I get off work. I put my toolbox on the right side step,(bolted it from the underneath). but, you can't use that side to get on tractor. I really like your setup. What size rear tires do you have.

Just ordered one for my 2810. : /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Did you have to extend the hook for the top link?

Re: Branson Tractor Toolbox

Big Lug,

Thanks for the "looks great". /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

The brackets are included with the toolbox. I just had to bend 2 of them for the proper angle I needed and 2 more for the angled reinforcement bracket. So far I'm satisfied with it.

My tire size are 420/70-24 NHS R4 which is what came on it. I also filled them with windshield washer fluid. It was a night & day difference. "Rim Guard" fluid in them would have been a little heavier but too costly.

Enjoy your 4020...I do. Have a great day.

Re: Branson Tractor Toolbox

Ronnie2005,

Thanks... First time I ever won anything worthwhile... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Top link attaches to toolbox with no holes drilled and is slotted...adjust to what you need. If you use some heavier steel for the brackets it would be sturdier but this works great for my needs.

Have a great day,
Ron
