Several different things. Air leak and bent fulcrum one arm part of Y around needle etc. Wrong gasket being used for intake too. Which is the one supplied in the kits now days too.

Wrong gasket with no hole for pulse line? or just not a good fit-up and seal.

Glad you got it going again. What model is that BTW?

Hole was right on. Just not enough gasket to cover the whole impulse area on the intake block. You cant see that when putting together, trying to hold gasket, carb, air filter intake altogether and line bolts through at same time installing.

I caught it by using carb cleaner looking for leak.

Then took old intake block that was off and 4 intake gaskets from his 2 rebuild kits and they did not fit perfect to seal off completely. So I went looking at my carb stash and found a oem gasket on a HS carb and trial fit. Then installed and tested today again and she is purrrfect.

Just took a look. Those 133's and 116 were from last year. The 116si would be the only one that interest me. And $200 ait a bad price for B&C + saw. I try to keep all my SI purchases under $200 delivered for average saws. (there is always exceptions).

That makita on there now dont seem like that great of a deal. Allthough I havent followed the newer models and prices for awhile. But my hunch is its a home depot rental. I dont like the engravings on it. The HD#???? might reference the home depot store number??? but I cannot make it out.

Either way, $250 for a PHO rental is too steep IMO.

They may have been last year but still for sale. I just remembered this place and you is why I posted.

250 for a 65cc is a buy price if I needed one. JMO Over paying close to 600-700 for these new ones

The 143 was in the sold section but my bad it was 325.

Dont know why, but I just aint into to 1x3 saws. IE 123,133,143 etc.

I do have a 112 and 117 that I have considered selling, but they aint costing me anything.

I think my niche is the 111/115 and PS540 for a light limbing saws, and the 116si and 120si for bucking saws. And of course my PS6400/8400 for the really big stuff, or just for fun:laughing:

Testing a 3/8 119DL full comp on my little poulan in a rip cut. Trying a redneck husky cover to see if it clears noodles better then the oem cover. Nope.
