I was ripping logs with this saw today when it quit on me while idleing. The spark was very weak so I replaced the coil and spark plug. Now I have a nice sharp spark and it will not run. It feels like something is dragging inside the motor. I pulled the chain and bar off and it will not start. It has plenty of gas also. I gave up on it as I had a lot work to do this weekend. So off to Lowes I go to buy a model 55 Rancher. This saw is the next size up from my 50. Boy can it cut wood. The bar is 2 inches longer than what my 50 had on it. Tomorrow it gets a 20 inch bar and ripping chain from my model 50.
