Quite a few of the bigger dealers will have what you need but I would try checking the pressure relief again as suggested. Very unlikely its your pump since other things are working, especially if you can lift a heavy item with the 3 point like a bush hog if you have one.

If your three point hitch works then you have some hydraulic pressure.
Have you checked the controls for the FEL ? The joystick lvere that raises and lowers the FEL. The two shuttle/spool valave that direct the oil flow, can come out of adjustment. Essentially there is a spring that is fitted at the back of the valve which ,akes the valve self centre. If the clamping bolt unscrews and falls out, the valve will be left in it's last position.. So, if the spring fell off when you were lowering the bucket, the valve will continue to send oil for that operation - in short it will not lift.

Take the metal cap off of the back of the valve - once you see the spring you will understand what I am talking about.

Please let us know how you made out.

What an on point thread.

My '06 Ag King (Jinma) 3450 with Jinma ZL 30, I think FEL with 314 tach hours has just started having the exact same problem. Steering and rear lift work fine. FEL won't lift or bucket won't curl back. Checked HYD fluid lever OK. Have narrowed it down to the FEL control assy. The Hyd pump is working fine.

By the way, I can make the bucket lift but not curl back by holding the steering hard to the right.

My next step is to take the hyd control apart..... Is there a schematic available or what should I do next.

What do you guys suggest

No schematic that I know of. Dont know which loader valve you have ??. You may find some kind of trash around a spool valve ?

I have sold several loader valve up-grade kits for theZL20, ZL30 & ZL40 Cjina loaders.

Jinma Loader Valve

Does sound like its in the valve. That would be my 1st guess.
