Tractor
Shenniu 254
Two weeks ago I asked if anyone knew of a parts source for
my Shenniu 254, and Greg G. gave me some leads. Hardy Diesel
in California had the parts on the shelf. I bought the tractor [non running]
for $800, the main thing wrong the rocker arm assembly had came loose
and one pushrod pushed off to the side not allowing the intake valve to
open up. Put the pushrod back in place-adjusted valves-changed fluids
and runs fine. Its Chinese but for $800 4-wheel drive-hardly used Koyker 150
loader, tires and paint at 90% I have got a nice tractor thanks Greg G

Excellent news DeWayne. It's always gratifying to get feedback, especially when it's positive. Here's hopin' you get years of service outa the little beast !! (I think the model name is "Bison", as in buffalo)

I had no idea Hardy Diesel was still around... they were a big importer of Shinnieu tractors and its good to know they still have parts. I get calls for these from time to time.

There are two others that have had large parts inventories: Master's Farm Supply in Altha, FL and Darrel Harp Enterprises in Red Bay AL with units all the way back to the mid 80's. Master's still has a few in crates the last I knew.
