I never received anything from China (express, lol). However, I did order the manual from the Texas post and did receive it. It was $25 with shipping and worth it for the operators manual.

The parts manual I was able to download from the Foton site.

Thanks for the responses. I have never worked on any car or tractor so I am sure I will need lots of advice.
