I think Bob's onto something. Whether you keep it or sell it, its value is at its lowest as-is/where-is. It's worth more in a garage than it is in the field, and it's worth more fixed than it is broken. Do you think a roll-back will be able to move it with one track frozen? If so I think that's money well spent. Even if you end up just selling it as-is you've removed the uncertainty of how to move it. A few years ago I hired a roll-back to move a minivan and my recollection is it was reasonable, maybe $85.
