If you've still got that 30W oil in there, switch to 15W40 and your oil pressure will be more consistent. I wouldn't fool with the oil pressure itself until I had the right oil and confirmation of a properly functioning gauge. If/when you go to 15W40, I can walk you through how to adjust the accuracy of the gauge itself.
