I responded to his ad and informed him of the mistake. I even told him that Jinma doesn't make dozers, they make wheeled agricultural tractors only, and some implements and attachments.
He was adamant that the dozer was a Jinma because that's how it was listed on the bill of sale. He may have bought it from that guy in Puyallup, WA. I asked him who he bought it from.....didn't get a response. Oh well........

Greg: I also told him all of the little dozers were made by Yuchai, and that he wouldn't find the Jinma name anywhere on the dozer itself. He wouldn't listen. ![]()

I'm sure we have some getting close, but keep in mind the current KAMA models have only been sold in any quantity the last 4 years or so, the average use is less than 100 hours a year on most of these "compact" tractors. but I have ordered parts for many 10 and even 15 year old Taishan tractors previously sold under a variety of names, many of those well used by now so the durability of these tractors is well established. Of course Jinma does not make their own engines. KAMA does, but for US market sources their EPA complaint engines, many from the same places Jinma gets theirs.
500 hours is not really a lot when it comes to diesel engines...and of course it seems that a lot of the higher hour users don't have much time to post about it here. |

Blue,,,yeah,,was thinking,,,1000 hours is like 50,000 miles on a car,,,,,,,you know,,give or take,,,,,,why don't those guys with over 500 hours brag about it blue?,,maybe cause they ain't none?,,I watch all the chinese boards,,,heard rumors,,but seems like I got about the most hours,,,,,now kamas,,,gregs been bragging on them for awhile now,,and cutting down jinmas,,,he maybe right,,but,,,so far,,the most hours I've heard of on a karma is 200 or so,,,,man,,I wouldn't brag if my jinma only had 200 hours and say it was better than a kama,,,,,course,,I ain't bragging now,,,just stating the facts and hopeing somebody will tell me they got 960 hours on their jinma,,,,thingy
