I am in the process of removing the kubota 1402B diesel engine from the machine. Everything is removed from the engine to yank it out. My problem is the two pump bolts on the inside of cab that attach to the pump to the bell housing. I have the service repair manual and it says nothing about engine removal.
Is there a step prior or another way to detach the engine from the pump. Thanks..

What did you do to remove it.
I have a John Deere 575 skid steer and the engine looks super easy to remove.....but the engine bolts to the pump look impossiable to remove with the seat removed.
Do you have to remove the pump and engine together then unbolt them? If so what the heck lol. I don't want to remove all the linkages and hydraulic lines.
