Sounds like an alert buzzer going off behind instrument panel. Steering was tough and realized rear brakes seemed locked up. Parking brake has always needed adjustment but this time the park lever didnt seem to release like before. Seemed to get it freed up and could steer again but alarm sound stayed.The question is the alarm sound. Can't find anything in the IPL book about anything but a back up horn or regular horn. Neither have ever worked. Sound is constant when ignition switch is on or in ACC but goes away during starter engage. Is it related to the brakes or is it telling me something about the engine etc.??
