New Holland EC35 Excavator- thoughts on buying?

I'm looking at buying an excavator, but had a few concerns I was wondering if anyone would like to help me with.

How expensive to repack a cylinder, as one appears to be leaking.
There is a tank(?) under the hydraulic manifold that seems to be leaking- anyone thoughts on its repair/replacement?
Teh engine was replaced with an isuzu engine, thoughts on the quality of those engines?

The guy is asking 12,500 for it, and to be honest, he seems a little sketchy.

If he feels sketchy to you I would personally walk away. May want to have the serial # ran by the local Police Dept before buying to make sure it was not stolen

Well, he doesn't seem THAT sketchy

A used equipment guy, that says "there's nothing wrong with it" until you point out things, and then he is like "oh, well there's that". He actually had a bobcat 331 he was selling too, and when I asked him about it he said, "well, we had that sold, but as we were loading onto the truck, we blew a drive motor. We are looking for a used one to put it in before we sell it again".
