Need some help , in the market for a small track/ crawler loader,
I am really liking the struck mh8000. It seems to be the perfect size for me .. but at there new price with the loader package I could buy a good John deere 350 or 440..although they are to big for my needs , or more like wants ..
and the used market on the strucks is small...
the used cost of the bobcat style is just nuts ..and there to big .
This is a playing around / small projects kinda machine.
And I'm not apposed to a resto project ether .

any ideas on a small track loader ? ?
Any other manufacturers the smaller size track loaders I should be looking at ? ?

Thanks

Construction Equipment For Sale at MachineryTrader.com: Dozers, Scrapers, Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Motor Graders, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case, John Deere, Volvo for industrial equipment crawler loader / dozer tracks or wheeled.

you have "skid steers" with over the wheel tracks.

you also have TLB (tractor loader backhoes) industrial kinda backhoe is not removable for access to 3pt hitch. agricultural tractors = 3pt hitch with sub frame backhoes. were backhoe can come off to access 3pt hitch.

for those in the know. might suggest giving idea what your uses will / want to be for the unit. and folks should be able to help point you in a better direction.

Have you looked at any of the mini skid steer machines? There might be some models that would compete with the Struck machine. I looked up the Struck, interesting little machines. Good Luck

I have , the toro dingo style . I have rented them for work before, not fond of the rubber tracks , had a lot of traction problems on grass .

I had a Struck Kit Mt 1800, made in 1980, 16 hp Techumseh OHV engine. Amazing pulling power.

Picture uploader still not working.

That is exactly what I am looking for ..I don't like the new model m8000 I think it is ..and 30k is WAY to much for me ..

I have been searching every where for that size , struck forum, ebay,Craigslist. .
No luck at all...the ones I do find are dozers , not loaders...
I'm half tempted to build my own out of an old cub cadet. .

The loader on this Craftsman is the same model Kwik-Way that Struck used on the MT 1800.

I was going to put it on the TORO, but I found a wider Kwik-Way at an auction, so I parked it at the fence with a for sale sign.

You can see it in the background by the fence.
