My deck belt popped off my 2007 Tractor, and on inspection it needed replacement, so I figured I should go ahead and replace the drive belt at the same time, since the mower was off. Here is my problem, (aside from being an arthritic old cuss), I can not get my hand into the space between the transmission and chassis to remove the belt.
Other than unbolting the entire rear transaxle, is there a way to get the old one off and a new one back on, that I can't see? Need an answer urgently, before I have to call a lawn service, again. We have nearly 3 acres to mow, and the cost of hiring it done is a budget buster.
Any info would be most appreciated.
