    Default Cub Cadet 1430 Magnum 14 Kohler No spark?

    I am working on my grandfathers old Cub for him its a 1430 model with a 14HP Kohler Magnum 14 in it... I had to replace the Bat. and the solenoid so it would turn over... Now that its turning over I have no spark? I took the shroud off the engine and removed the only wire going to the coil... I think it is the one that kills everything if a safety switch is bad or something? I have checked the gap between the flywheel with a business card, and that is good... I just cant get spark? I replaced the coil last year so its rather new... Can the mag be bad? or something?
