i have a flat tire on the front of my 1811 cub and i took off the bolt that is on the axle, and the wheel doesnt come off. Is there some kind of a keeper ring on the axle or something?

1811 Serv manual: http://www.ihregistry.com/books/772-3899.pdf

See Pp 51. Appears should slide off spindle afte bolt/washer removal. Prolly a bad case of rustitus - good time to dose 'em down wit yer favorite rust eater concoction and hopefully get them busted loose w/o damaging anything.

Would also closely chk the condition of that wheel's inner/outer brgs - a chance that they got messed up a bit during the emergency teardown ?
