try again with fuel tank cap left loose. If runs OK, cap vent is stopped up. Clean out or replace cap. If not, try a cuppla shots of rattlecan carb cleaner directly into carb throat when trying to restart engine normally. If engine pops, you have a fuel delivery prob.
