    Default gt2544 idler pulley

My idler pulley on my mower deck will tilt forward allowing the belt to come off and the result is that the middle blade quits cutting. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I have approx. 40 hrs. on the machine. Other than that, it is exactly what I hoped it would be. That is jumping up to a slightly more expensive mower than I typically buy.

By the way, I live in Texas. I mow approx. 3 acres of San Augustine grass with it, sticks and branches included.

The fixed idler should not tilt at all. All the pullies on the deck need to be in the same exact parallel/plane. Something either got sloppy or bent?!?
