I wont say stay off
just be careful
any tractor or other powered equipment can be dangerous even when perfectly balanced if you are not using common sense
just remember carry things low and watch the turning radius with a load

Question for you fellas. I was our cutting the field with the brush hog. Some of the brush on the edge of the field too . When I got done, I went to put it into high and it slips right back to low. I looked underneath at the lever and it looks like there is supposed to be a spring that holds the actuator down. I couldn't find any pictures of it in the manual to confirm that. Does anyone know??

That would be the one!! Is there somewhere I can order that parts manual? I'm sure that will come in handy.

Thanks again
John

I am trying to think of where I got it
has the service manual, parts manual, yanmar engine service manual all on one disc
If I remember right I got it thru ebay some company that has cd manuals on just about any tractor I can try and find out where might take a day or so as I am going to be spending a little Grampa time in the next couple days

Easy enough. It looks like this guy keeps them on here regularly. I know what I'll be ordering.
