Added a home made 1/4" thick x 3" Carbon Steel cutting edge to the plow.
Drilled it dead center, so it is reversible. Mild steel would have probably been fine, but, this was available and not much more $$$ Carbon Steel Cutting Edge

The 48" KKII (TG) gear drive tiller is great. I've done quite a bit of landscaping with it recently, it runs fine. The rating systems used by implement manufacturers is sometimes skewed. In this case they tell you minimum of 20 HP PTO for the 48" KKII. I am having no problems with power, I have power to spare.
