Ok, let me revise that statement.

The EZ-HITCH can be custom fit for any size tractor (Cat.1, 2 or 3), and they allow for width adjustment on the lower arms which the HF model does not.

You do have to dismount your tractor to hook up the top link and install the retainer pins on the hitches.

Sorry to say that, no I can't sell them for $69.99.

I purchased the HF design 3 years ago myself and found that it did not fit any of my implements, so to the drawing board I went.

I posted on this thread simply to let users know that there are other options out there.

I'll bet they'd be alot closer to $69 if some of you gentlemen would assist by working for Carter and Sons for far less than minimum wage in a hazerdous enviroment, w/o any benefits and would also vote to shield them from any liability from any loss or damages incurred from use. I also had a HF quick hitch w/ the adapter, I gave it away to escavader in Maine and he used it in the bucket of his kubota bx. I didn't find it to work well and needed mods to get it on the 3pt arms. I'm guessing they've improved it.

Looking back, I guess I was part of the tough crowd here today. However, you'll have to admit, you kinda walked right into it. We we're talking about apples and made a point to tell us tell us about the splendid qualities of the oranges you sell

Your product does have a lot of good things going for it that I like, however.

1. It doesn't add more length to the arms like other products do.
2. It's made in the USA.
3. It's a simple rugged design.
4. It's made by and innovator and entrepreneur you who saw a need, designed a product and brought it to market.

Just my opinion, though. If you could figure out how to bring the price down below $100 (including shipping) I think you'd have a better chance of success. For many, myself included, there's a psychological barrier at $100. That, and there'd be less of a chance that a chinese copies would start showing up on the market.

Just my $0.02.

I would rather think of it as Red Apples and Green Apples, but I certainly get your point.

As for the price, there is always the issue of finding out what price the market is willing to pay for a product. I agree that they would probably sell better at $99.99, I just can't sell them at that price and make it worth my time. If I can ever get them into a retail store then I think that would be the price. I just have not been able to make that happen yet. I can't even get this site to respond to me about advertising here.

Been wanting to respond ,but couldnt get on.Your quick hitch in my bucket ,worked excellent with the 3 point blade i got at TSC.I tryed it on the rear of my KUBOTA just to try,and hated the plow back there[never had proper angle]so i went back to the front,its so much better.Icould really push them banks up high this winter,and boy we sure needed to!

Hello, I just got my 97214 Quick Hitch and discovered I too need the adapter for non-ASAE implements. Can you tell me if this adapter supports both models of the quick Hitch? I assume it would, but I sometimes get in trouble when I assume too much

Has anyone had any problems with theirs breaking or twisted under the stress? Just looking at mine, doesn't appear to be as heavy as the John Deere version.

Looks like my Leinbach landscape rake will fit with no problem. But, my Leinback Blade is not as wide. It's about 28" from end to end of the lift pins. Looks like there is a lot of extra thread on the lift pins. So, if I get some big washers I can probably add 3/4" to each side and make it fit. Just wondering if the blade is going to move left to right in the quick hitch since there will be some gap between the frame of the blade and the lower hooks on the quick hitch. Any ideas?

Looks to me that ;White; the original poster bought the top adapter. perhaps he will have the number he used.
(Item #29309, Description "93691 Hitch Adapter) thats the only number that the service person gave me so I would second the assuming its the same. Seems as tho it should be. Maybe try to call them and see.

Anyone have photo's of the adapter? Before I started making these myself I tried this design and could not get it to fit any of my implements, hence the reason for me trying to "design a better mouse trap".

I am just curious how they make it work.
