I'm putting in 600' of fence in June and I'm looking for a way to carry the poles and boards with my FEL. I'm thinking some of those modified pallet jacks that clamp to your FEL but can't find any. I know most people make their own (my welding class is coming up next month!!
) but was wondering if there was any place I could look at them for an idear.thanks!!

It was Nov. 07 when I picked up a set at the local metal scrap yard for $150,
they must have 100 pairs or more, I had a hard time deciding which pair I wanted, I knew I was going to be picking up a lot of pallets, so I knew I want them to be close to 48". I also picked up a piece of 4x4 angle about 60" long to strap to my bucket to hang the forks on temporally . Here's a small assortment of what they had to offer. |

I made my own, but, you can buy them on e-bay. Just go and buy some cheap HF binders. They have a 3K lift capacity.

I've been moving some 12ft pallets around the property (oak, used for sheet metal). What I did is put one in lengthwise into the bucket, curled and lifted to catch the upper lip (512 loader) until off the ground. Loaded the rest and moved them to where I needed them. Not as eligant but it worked.
