Pat's easy change- customer feedback

I have to say WOW. Yesterday, I was looking for his contact information. Today, the parts are in the mail. But wait, there's more! I've had the Pat's easy change for over a year. In my original contact to him asked him to call me and I'd pay for the parts via cc. He says no charge!

Thanks again Pat!!!

Edit; I should also say I never met him, don't know him or any of his "people" and he offered to ship the parts free AFTER I offered to pay.

Sort of reminds us how things used to be. Time was when this was more the norm rather than the exception. Now when some one does the right thing for his customers he stands out head and shoulders above the average. It is clear that we are treated well and not just little faceless money sources.

I brag on his product and service to everyone with a tractor who will listen to me but there is a lot of built in resistance with many tractor folks.
