Looks great!. I'm wandering around my shop looking for welding projects. I've just started to get into welding so stuff breaking that needs fixing is fun now :-)

Rob, I'm going to build a bracket for my box blade to allow me to fix the rear hinged blade for final grading. The things you can do with a welder eh?

Thanks for the ideas guys. I welded on the two outer chain hooks and the big center hook on my FEL. What a difference! It sure is nice being able to pick things up. I use 15' of 5/16" chain and I love how easy it is to position.

Thats a nice tidy bit of work you did there. A good bit of skill and pride I might add went into it. Congrats. Can't be done any better than that.

One quick question after looking at your photo gallery...do you ever sleep?

Nice work!

Ah heck yes. I get a good solid 4.5 hours sleep most nights If I don't get that full 4.5 hours sleep I end up looking like this I don't think there have been a time in the last 6 years where I haven't had a project in progress. Right now I'm in the middle of restoring an old Toyota forklift. I'll try and post a few pics on this site later today. Thanks. Glad you enjoyed viewing the pics.

Oh buy the way. I have one one of those air files. Picked it up at an auction for next to nothing. Was in a box of other stuff but it was new at the time. I had it in my tool box for years and then last year I figured if I have it I should use it which I did and it's a great tool to have. I bought the orginal sanding belts for it but found they don't last a long time. They tend to break after a dozen uses and there not cheap up our way so what I do now is go get the same length for a wide belt sander and cut them to size. You get many belts out of the one belt for a fraction of the cost and they last just as long if not longer. Thought that might be a good tip to know.

Thank you very much sir. Appreciate the compliment. I enjoy restoring or customizing old stuff. A change is as good as a rest that's why I restore so many different items. If you want to see how I did one of the bikes I restored you can click on the link below. Thanks again for your kind words. Made my day
