Very nice fabrication work!

I do not agree on doing the hydraulics that way-but it's definitely an interesting way to do it

This is the finished project. You can see in the first photo where the
control wire passes thru the infamous hollow Kioti cross tube. The two
hoses that go from the loader arms to the bucket are encased in 1/2"
Liquidtite grey flexible electrical conduit for protection. I put them on just
before my hose guy crimped the fittings. So far I have not seen any
need for a hose support between the tee on the bkt and the 3/8" QDs
on the loader cross-tube.

Shiny black paint adds a little pizzaz. I have been using the bucket for
a few weeks now and it works very well. I will try to get some in-use
photos in the coming weeks.

Do you mean that you would choose or have chosen one of the other
ways for yourself? Or that you see some other disadvantage to doing it
the way I did? Or?

I personally would want complete and independent control of it, whether through a regular spool valve or a electric/hydraulic valve. And then you could also use the new valve for a grapple or plow if you wanted to. The way you have it plumbed the valve is dedicated to the bucket and can't be used for anything else.

I did not mean to imply that you did it "wrong", just not the way I would want it for myself.

I figured you meant it that way. I invite anyone to post pros/cons that I
have not though of.

My setup would work for another type of front hydraulic application that
could operate in parallel with the FEL bkt curl, like a grapple bkt. It would
not work well with an application that used a hyd motor, like a PHD,
concrete mixer, snow blower, or sweeper.

Very Nice! I could have really used a bucket like that with all the brush I have been picking up lately.

Here is one of many 700+ lb. rocks I have to deal with.
