Finally got a chance to check the increased lift capacity. Would definately recommend as it makes it much easier to work under the truck.

Great stuff, Guys!

I only want to mention two things...
My BX2200 docs say not to fill the front tires with fluid. They don't say why, they just say don't. Your tractor, and your mileage my vary.

Also, I have my front -end loader valve uncovered right now as I have taken all the hoses off to remake them. My loader valve seems to have a pressure relief valve built in...I cannot swear this is true..it just looks like a pressure relief valve. I mention this because if you do not get out of the loader what you think you should after your upgrade, maybe you will think back to this, and have a look at the loader valve section.

Mustangous,

Here is the answer; Last week I moved 9 bags of Sackrete (720lbs) . With the new pressure setting the FEL was able to lift it with no problem - would have tried more if I had more bags - not sure how much I could have lifted before the upgrade. The issue that came up was that over bumpy ground I got some creepy flex at the mounting point for the loader arms.

Of course that spelled quality monster garage time to me: I fabbed these struts to transfer some of the load to the front bumper, and in the process painted the front bumper to match the canopy arms.

The rod is 3/4" stock with a washer welded on one end and a bolt on the other. The round bumpers are polyurethane shock bushings cut at an angle.

After assembly I wish I had angled the struts down more to follow the lines of the hood, but that would have angled the struts in more possibly causing too much lateral (outward) force on the FEL arms. This setup should eliminate flex when back blading too.

Fergit your loader arms. Watch your front axles as you ride over bumps with that kinda load on.

:D
