I have a bad arm too and it is hard to connect the pto coupling, i really liked the autohitch, just wished i could drop the backhoe and unhook the hoses without getting off the tractor.

I usually have to get my wife to help, then she works for two hours trying yo get the grease out from under her nails.:D

Anyway thanks allot for posting this, i never looked for anything like
this before.

poor girl --- you should have bought a box of disposable rubber gloves from harbor freight just for her. ;)

Has anyone priced that auto-hitch? I'm sure there's a few 0's on that bad boy.

lots of suggestions ...one more, for your wife: latex/surgical gloves

1) She has tried to put on the gloves, but her nails cuts them and her fingers just stick out the end.:)

And short nails!

2) ha ha ha~ HOW WOULD I GET MY BACK SCRATCHED:D

I don't have time for rubber gloves, when there is playing:eek: i mean work to be done.

But i did show her the video of the (AUTOHITCH),and i also saw her looking at it on her computer.:D (she really liked it) :D

She does work really hard during garden season, she cans just about everything, makes jelly, apple butter, cans peaches, and too many things to list.

I have a rubber sleeve to place over my pto shaft to keep it clean with it is not being used. Easy to keep the shaft cleaned and greased. No idea where I found it but fits snug. Have on tractor that came with one is how I knew to.

If you add any extents ion be sure your pto shaft will not bind before you lift it hooked up.

The 21 spines, yes the 1000 RPM shafts are 21 splines.

Yes, I've seen the autohitch video from Deere, and it looks slick. The other autoconnect gizmo they have that looks intriguing is the drive-on, drive-off MMM they have. Unfortunately it won't work on my 4200.
