The UPS driver delivered my chainsaw holder today. Looking forward to having some free time to mount it to the BX. Thanks again for the heads-up.

Matt.

Great job! Anyone else have pics to share of how they mounted this on their tractor? I also want to mount a small fire extinquisher on my L2250, so if anyone has done that, please pass along.

Go it mounted on my JD2305. Only ran into a few small problems. The holes in the Large and Square compression plates needed to be drilled out to accept the two 3/8" bolts, and I needed to supply my own plain 3/8" inch nuts to use as spacers (the instructions are confused in this area). Note that the two plastic Handle Nuts supplied were cracked where the internal nuts are mounted. None of these were big issues - especially considering the price:).

Works for me. Free!

Seems like if I store the saw in any other position the chain oil leaks.

Haters gonna hate....

Thomas- going slightly stir-crazy in the great white North. I hate winter!

PS:

Sea2Summit,

Thanks for the headsup.

I bought 2 of each, and a grab bar too!

I was going to use a grab bar that was intended for a BR shower, the Mad Dog one will be way cooler.

Being old folks, we need somewhat of a hand grab to get up into the seat at times.
