How did you make those nice bends?

Made a jig and heated the flat stock for the radius ,1st. Then Found it was quicker and more consistent to have the place I buy steel, put it in a rebar bender. It's two pieces welded together.

Looks good sterff! Bday I like the looks of yours also they look era specific.

After I built the AC guard. I found one at a show, its almost an exact replica. I made it from a picture in a Old AC loader manual. AC also made a WD series guard out of tubing. I liked the looks of this one better.

I need to build one and I have a spare bumper... one of these days.
