I converted my "new to me" KUBOTA B2660 snowblower chute to electric! After making the blower fit my tractor the only thing left to do was the crank for the chute. It was quite a reach for the handle and looked like it was going to be a pain in the A**. So off to the local junk yard for a window motor and some switchs! First photo is of the 84' FORD motor and the bracket I made to hold it on the blower. I choose this motor as it has a metal gear on it, which allowed me to weld right to it. So I welded on a bolt that fit into the crank shaft, and drilled a hole into the bolt so I could pin it to the crank shaft.
I forgot to add that the grand total for this project was under $20.00 and about four hours of time.
