I done quite a few mods to my BX, many inspired by 4shorts and others, as well as a few originals of my own creation. I thought this thread could capture in pictures, what you have done to your BX and provide inspiration to others!

Please feel free to link to other threads for details if you already have documented it. Let's try to keep this thread to pictures and brief summaries if needed.

I will kick it off with a mod I just did last night. Light guards thanks to SpecialityRepairs. 1st pic before... 2nd, 3rd pic after.

Here is another simple one that really helped the stability on my steep slopes! Added 1.25in wheel spacers in front and 2.0in on the rears.

I did the same, but it was done so that I could get chains on my rear tires.

I put the lights inside the ROPS on both my JD 1025R and JD 2025R. Don't need guards then.

You moved the OEM lights to the inside? Pics?

Now sure how that could be possible on a BX considering the reservable seat for the BH and drilling into and weakening the ROPS while losing a ton of space between the ROPS bars. I'd stick with the lights outside the ROPS where they belong.

I mounted my LED lights on the inside top of my ROPS using a no holes method. I don't like holes because that is where the corrosion and fatigue start. Structural bonding has its place.

The specific comment in this thread is moving the rear marker/turn signal lights on the BX inboard of the ROPS. Those lights need to be mounted low and I don't see any room to mount them inboard on the BX without them being in the way.
