What's its purpose? It doesnt look like it can mow, unless it pulls a mower. Looks like a small bulldozer.

I don't realy know what it dose ,kinda lookes like a 3 am idea ya know the ones ya get haveing a few/heaps beers looking at somthing then making some bold statment like"ya know roy that would look real cool if we stuck ya skido's tracks on ya lawn mower over there"so ya make a start next morring the wife flys off the handle about the mower in bits etc etc so ya just got to keep going cos ya know if ya stop ya will never hear the end of it
that aside someone has taken a bit of time to do it tho

those are GREAT! they make me miss my old 114 hydro! i knew i should have kept it. they look like nice little grading machines.
