Hello All,
I started up the tractor (2005 Jinma 304) today to brush hog after about 2 Months of sitting, had a few issues
1. When I started the motor, all guages worked just fine, then all of the sudden, the fuel guage, temperature guage and oil pressure all went to zero, only the ampmeter continued working, any clues?

2. The lower radiator hose started leaking and will need replaced, does anyone know a part number to use? or who to get one from.

Oh Yea, this is a one piece guage with all the guages built in

I guess that is all I can think of now, thanks in advance for any help you give

I have an old 1955 Fergson 35 (Massey Harris Ferguson), with a Davis 102 Loader. It has a Cesna 20GPM pump mounted on the front of a recently rebuild Continental 4 Banger engine.

I need a hoe from time to time, and being in Canada I get raped to order anything. I thought for random weekend work a Jinma LW6 or 7 backhoe, I can get a 7 for just under 3 delivered wtih hydraulic thumb.

My question is, some places show the Jinma Lw7 as a Cat II, some show it as a Cat 1. Looking at the beefy diff on my Fergie, I don't think I'd bust it, but can anyone who actually has used one of these things tell me if it would fit?

I have a power beyond from the Davis 102 loader which connected to the original Fergy backhoe that the unit came with (And was junk), so I would rather just plumb into that and use quick connects.

Any thoughts?

Recently purchased a used Mcconnell Marc 425 XL. From my research I think this tractor was made by Jinma. We are having issues with the hydrolics. Steering is poor at times. Like to know where we could find a repair manual/parts. Not having any luck finding anything under the Mcconnell Marc name. Especially want to know if and where there's a screen in the hydrolics.

Last nite, After mowing the neighbors pasture, I was heading home on the street and the steering wouldn't respond. I mean the steering wheel turned as usual but the front tires did not respond. A couple of months ago I put end joints on the steering cylinder had checked the tie rod ends and all are operational then. When I got home, driving very carefully, I checked all joints and linkages and everything seems fine. I'm thinking some oring or bypass valve spring somewhere in the steering hydraulics broke. Any help will be appreciated. Where should I start trouble shooting? bjr

Hi I just adjusted my clutch on my Jinma 2425 2 stage clutch and am curious does anyone know if I should adjust the clutch stop bolt. The clutch seems to be operating fine one inch free travel half way tractor stops and all the way pto stops, pto engages with some grinding (is this normal) but i am curious because there seems to be a fine area in adjustment if i should be adjusting that bolt. If someone knows the procedure to adjust these in the tractors it would be appreciated thanks

Hi all. Let me see if i can fully explain everything that is happening. Was using tractor with FEL to move some dirt around, and noticed that the steering wasn't as sensitive as usual. Checked fluid level, and it was low. Added AW-32. Engine oil level is normal. Later, while still moving dirt with FEL, completely lost steering, but not FEL. I can raise and lower FEL, but no steering. I can spin steering wheel either direction, with one finger, with no resistance. Wheel never hits a lock in either direction. Turned tractor off, and noticed that steering was now back (could move wheels with engine off). Restarted tractor, and had steering, lifted another load of dirt, started moving and total loss of steering again.. Kind fun when you are already moving. Turned tractor off again, regained steering.. Dumped dirt and drove over to shop. Tractor set for week or so, and tried again, same thing. Played with it some and noticed a common thread that seems to be load on FEL before steering loss. After steering loss, if i raise front end off of ground with FEL, (no load on front wheels) i can get steering back (most of the time).. So question is, what's going on? Dirverter/Priority Valve? Steering box/valve?. After reading a bunch of posts, I'm leaning towards the diverter valve, but want some second opinions before i drop that much $$ on a part.
Thanks,

Hello, everyone : My dad has a 2007 904 Foton with 660hrs on it. The tachometer isn't working so he had me look at it. I found the speed sensor at the flywheel no voltage there. So then I checked fuses they are ok. Next I traced the wire from the speed sensor back to the dashboard. I have power going into the dashboard but no signal coming out to the speed sensor. So do any of you agree that it is most likely the tachometer gauge that is bad? Does someone know how to test it? Thanks, lildobr

I have a 2006 Jimna 284. When using the loader, many times it can't lift the load. (dirt in a bank, pulling out bushes)
When this happens, it doesn't even seem to load the engine down at all. I was told if then engine isn't being loaded down, then I need to adjust the hydraulic pump. I can't see how to do this.
Is my pump bad, or does the pressure just need to be turned up somehow?

Thanks,

Last year I had a rope get caught around my PTO selector and the handle broke off. The selector is High speed PTO, Neutral and Low speed PTO Basically there is a shaft on the rear left that a simple collar with a roll pin held it all on. The weld broke during the incident but the collar remained. So today I decide to take the roll pin out so I can take the collar off and weld the handle back on.

Got the roll pin out and worked the collar off. As soon as the collar was off, the shaft shot in! As in spring loaded. Now all I can think to do is drill a 10-24 tap hole in the end of the shaft to pull in back out to get the repaired collar back on.

Anyone ever see this?
