It's great that your brother has found something he loves to do and can do it so well. I worked for and with a young woman who finally burned out on corporate america and started her own company called Zooniversity. She brings exotic animals to schools and birthday partys. Many/most of her animals are rescued. She also has a special talent of many years experience in teaching and technical publications. It fits that she would have a very nice website as you can tell from the link above.
