Family nearly wiped out in accident

We had a local school who went to state and won the state championship in football. Apon returning from the football game, a family of 2 of the football players was involved in a tragic fatality accident. Apparently somebody was in a big hurry and passing illegally. They hit the family's minivan head-on at about 80 mph. The mother, sister, and uncle were all dead at the scene. The dad was life flighted to ku medical center in kansas city. He is in icu in critical condition. His recovery is pretty iffy. Please keep these 2 brothers and their family in you prayers as they go through this tragedy. Thanks.

Just a quick update. The uncle's funeral is saturday, and the mom and sister's funeral is Monday. The dad is doing a little better. There is a big fund raiser going on for the family. Some of the communities that the two boys played against are doing fundraising. One community that they beat on their way to state is throwing a big fund raiser. There community businesses are getting involved and that town is well over 100 miles away. So there is some good news to report.
