So, now comes the new screen name: wroughtn harv pat. pend. , or wroughtn p.p. harv, or wroughtn harv ppn, ...

After the first patent I lost interest in seeking patents. That product is still being manufactured and marketed.

Paper sack holding dolly with top entry guide... - Google Patents

Plano Power Equipment Online Store - Whipper-Clipper Products

After that one I'd decided that the hassle wasn't worth potential reward. But an investor convinced me otherwise on the pipe and purlin system.

If we get the patent awarded by the time we have the Octoberfest at Eddie and Stephanie's I'll have to do something special for the members that attend. I don't know what it would be. But the motivation for coming up with the non-weld fabrication came in part from an interest in do it yourself building kits I found here.

Way to go Harvey! I was so confused when I read the first page of this thread. I was thinking, who is Michael Lacy and when did Harvey change his name, or was that his real name all along, and when did he start working with bar codes and medical records and and and .....

I'm glad your patent is moving along on your building system. It is a good easy system for a novice like me. I was privileged to first use your system solo during the framing of my (her) storage/carport/Porte cohere building.

I will alway be grateful for the great guys here at TBN for joining us at the skinning party. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachments/meetings-get-togethers/63616d1162095516-only-texas-don-harv-doing-get-together-group-oct28.jpg

The finished building turned out better than I imangened....

.... and that was a bit of a problem. "She" quickly adopted my building and instead of a storage/carport/Porte cohere/workshop,

It is now her storage/carport/Porte cohere/gym.
("She" was actually planting flowers around it this weekend.) :)

It's hard to believe it has been five years since you first revealed you system here at TBN.

Hmmmmm, I understand now. I'm not sure how it happened but when I copied the link it was one off. Here's the correct link to the patent application. United States Patent Application: 0070062150

I'm not smart enough for rfid's

Man, I'm glad for you. I read the original post and thought, good for him, he's going to patent his connectors... then I clicked on the link and got the thing about encrypted information and thought, boy, I hope he knows there's about a thousand products out there that already do that. :(

Good luck with your patent! :D
