Good Afternoon Tommy,
Earlier in the thread you mentioned the exhaust manifold. When i rebuilt my Super A , I was able to make some vertical cuts in the pipe, and then using a chisel and hammer I collapsed the exhaust pipe and removed it. I cleaned up the threads and was able to reinstall a new piece of pipe, so dont throw it away unless your sure its shot !

Good Luck !

Wow...Nice lookin' tractor Scotty.

The pipe from the manifold is out, but the threads are half missing (rotted).
I was thinking of re-tapping it with a larger diameter, or I was just going to weld a new pipe to the manifold, but decided to just get a new manifold.

Good idea...make sure you get the correct gasket for it...there's a couple different ones once 1957 came along...ie. Farmall 130 gasket/manifold are different from the Super A's... BobG in VA
