Farmtrac 60 Clutch

The PTO clutch was not working on my tractor and I had a new clutch installed. The new clutch engages the tractor and the PTO
at the same time. It releases the PTO but I cannot release the tractor and let the PTO keep running. You cannot feel a two stage clutch
it just feels like one. Can someone tell me if there is an adjustement on the clutch assembly itself to correct this. I don't know that much about the
Farmtrac 60 but I don't think that it should release both the tractor and the PTO at the same time.

The mechanic that did the work ask me to use it and see if it loosens up.

According to the service manual their is no adjustment except pedal free play once the internals are set and assembled correctly. There is a multi page write up for that.
