Thanks SG! I'm closing in on the finish line! Those rims are 8X16 - (D5NN1007A). I got a good deal on some 11 X16 industrial tires & they fit great! Now I'm finishing up work on the seat, it was a bit more complex than I originally thought. But, it is working out. I'm still working out a few minor issues & slowly getting the cab in shape. I've just installed new points for the bucket also. Here's a few photos & videos of the progress & doing a little work. I had never seen a 713 in action, except on the net - they really do the job! A city employee told me he would like to trade for his Case!
