it DEFFINEATELY could be the return line leaking unde rthe VC

i'd normally look at shaft / umbrella seals in a pump.. but if yours is rebuilt.. then.. look at the stem in the tank and the return line..

I am planning to remove valve cover this weekend.

I have all the repair manuals & parts book, but there is no mention
of checking the return line - what to look for & how to
spot the problem. (I used the forums to even get good
Info. As to the possible issue). If the internal fuel return line is the
issue, is this a straight up replacement or can they normally be repaired?

image.jpgI did squeeze in the time to tack the driver's
side panel together this pm. The two sides are
Matching up nicely. I'm going to try & clean it
up and maybe get a little primer on it just to
Keep rust off. image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Sorry for the poor quality pictures, I'm not very good
With these mobile devices.

Looks good, could you post a pic of how you have the rear ROPS attached to the rear, I want to add this to my tractor and I just want to see how other people have done it

rops attach to the rear axle at the fender bolt locations.

I built subframe from front to back & bolted it every place the housings came together. I also bolted a cradle underneath each. I did attach the back end at fender bolts, but also added a cradle bar underneath. Everything is tied together, I don't know if the set-up is proper, but it is pretty stout. I don't have any photos with me, but I will take some tomorrow. If you look at my first or second post, there may be a few there.

These were in the thread earlier, I just copied them. They are hard to make out, will get better ones...IMG_4533.jpgIMG_4535.jpgIMG_4537.jpg(the bit next to subframe in 2nd photo is just a return for rear remotes).
