Howdy Folks,

I bought an old 8N ford tractor last week. Here is a picture, sorry its at night. Everything seems to work on it so far.

Nice tractor. Still looks to have the original 6v system too. And decent tires.

I'd get some red paint on that front bumper though.:D

Mind sharing how much you had to give for it??

Howdy,

I gave $2225.00 for it. Probably to much but he would not come down anymore. I think I'm the 3rd owner at least, it came from Ohio and the guy I bought it from lives a mile down the road from me. I will check them rear hubs and I have to work on the front spindles. It is still 6 volt as well.

I will use her till I get my Massey fixed, than I might fix her up some more. I really like it. It drives real nice and the 3 point works good.

Have a good evening.

she'll be underpowered compaired to a 135.. but will turn as good.. and still good for a 5' rough / 6' finish mower and 2 bottom ( up to 14" ) plow.. etc.

5-6' box blade. 7' angle blade. 30" dirt scoop. 8x8 pasture drag.. 6.5' 3pt disc. 8' pull disc depending on the gangs, agressiveness and soil and tires and ballast.
