Restoring anything can be costly. If it is an heirloom that you plan to keep, I consider that money well spent. Today's 8N part availability probably puts many 8 year old cars/trucks to shame - that certainly will help getting things done.

Don't be afraid to start a build thread for your restoration project.... TBN'ers love pictures, and will share plenty of resto tips and techniques, and opinions.

Thanks again everybody! I'm restoring this to keep since I'm the 4th generation to now have it. I will start a thread as I begin the process and will most likely be asking for input from the experts. Thanks again!
