A six point, 9/16" flex socket with 3/8" drive, a 6" 3/8" drive extension, and ratchet. You may choose to remove the fuel filter, or complete fuel filter assembly to give a little more room. Put at least one of the outer bolts back in and tighten until the back bolt is out.
We have too much gun control.
What we need is more idiot control.

    ditto 100% what rick said.

the back bolt is a beast.. but the ratched, extension and sivel DOES get it done. I opeted to relocate the fuel filter housing a bit to make it easier to get a hand in there... but probably could have down it with it in place maybee lost a lil more skin.. or cussed another coule minutes...

imho.. leaving the 3rd bolt out is inviting it to break the other 2..
