Transmission Oil
i was feeding the cows this evening and when i was backing in to pick up a bale the steering locked and a light came on, on the dash for low transmission oil pressure.
any ideas on whats the story i'm not much of a mechanic myself?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Need more info such as model and year of tractor. None of the Ford tractors I have dealt with don not have a tranny pressure light.
You might check fluid levels and check sumps for water.

My tractor does not have p/s. But one time my hydraulics were working jerky and real slow, sign of low pressure. Changed the filter which looked really old, problem went away.
