Ford 2110 No fuel after filter change

Today I changed the fuel filter on my 1986 Ford 2110. I filled the bowl to the top and started the tractor. It ran briefly then quit. It was not getting fuel. I get fuel at the top of the filter but when I tried to bleed the system I don't get any at the injectors.

I was able to successfully bleed my Ford 4610 by opening the fuel line to each injector and cranking the tractor until fuel starting squirting out. Tried the same today but no luck with the 2110.

Is there a special technique for the 2110?

Fixed it. Turns out that half a tank of fuel was not enough to prime the fuel pump. Once I topped off the tank the bleeding was a piece of cake.
