Info on Agway Electra 10

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some information, pictures or an actual unit of the Agway Electra 10 fro my youth. Yes, that's me about 30 years ago.

Any help would appreciated!

Early 1960's and 1970's lawn and garden tractors made under the Agway name were built for them by MTD. Then for a while from the 1980's to early 1990's they were made by Electrolux, (Those who made Sears and Craftsman) then they went back to MTD again in the early 90's. From the looks, that is an early MTD built Agway lawn tractor, MTD made them under a lot of different names even back then, and over 90 different private labels to date. -Fordlords-

A lot of people only associate MTD perhaps with their takeover of Cub Cadet from International in 1981, or with less expensive machines like Huskee or Yard-Man. They have been making lawn and garden tractors since 1959, yes that makes them one of the first to enter the business.
