Troybilt Horse year id? Reverse problem

I have a TB Horse tiller with a 7hp Kohler motor. The rubber reverse wheel looks a bit worn and was thinking of replacing it before it dies on me.
I saw a reverse wheel listed for a 1989 or newer tiller, but I don't know what year my tiller is. I bought it 3 years ago at a yard sale, and i have not had to buy any parts for it, other than an air cleaner. :-)
Anyhow, does anyone know how to determine the year?
Also what is involved in replacing the rubber wheel?

Horse - 1 Tiller Serials:

Replacing the rubber disc isn't hard. But you have to order the correct one. The parts places have pictures of the disc that you can compare to the one you have.
