Tractor 4WD 20-30HP w/ 72" deck
Wish List:
20+ HP diesel or 25 HP gas
Hydro
72" MMM
4WD
shaft driven trans & deck
under 10K new
Don't want zero turn.
Have looked at JD X728, but only available with 62" deck. Dealer wants 11K he will give me 3K for my smaller deer. If it had 72", I'd have bought it already.
I like the mid 2000-'s Cub Cadets with 72" MMM.
What else is available with 72" MMM with wish list above?

Re: Tractor 4WD 20-30HP w/ 72" deck
Does not fit the under 10k requirement, but the JD 2520 and 2720 will support a 72" deck, as well as the slightly older 4115 model.

Does it have to be new? There are some 4115's out there close to that price...

That is nice. Wonder if it's too heavy to mow lawn without ruts.

Re: Tractor 4WD 20-30HP w/ 72" deck
Not at all, it is only about 100lbs heavier than my 4110 IIRC which weights about 1600 or so naked, then add 300 for the mower. With turf tires it will be a great mowing machine. I have R4's and mow all summer-only light marks after it rains and the ground is real wet.

Re: Tractor 4WD 20-30HP w/ 72" deck
Thought this would be something to consider if I could add a 72" deck for under 10K, but it doesn't have turfs, either.
